Our independent Quality Control Department ensures that all established production
standards are met. Product quality control procedures include, Inspection on receiving of Goods, Examination of materials & certification, Dimensional Inspection, In-process Inspection and Final Inspection before Delivery of Goods as per ITP. This policy has gained MUC more Customers and their Satisfaction, along with the Strong Reputation.

FABRICATION SERVICES:
MUC is a house of fabrication services. We are having excellent team of fabricators to carry out various nature of jobs required to full fill the demands of fabrication industry in Sultanate of Oman and other Gulf countries. MUC fabricator’s are having good experience and sound knowledge to carryout jobs like Fuel Tanks, Storage Tanks, Skid Mounted Tanks, Fuel and Pressure Piping Works, Pressure Vessels, Mud Tank System, Structural Steel, Grills, Decorative Grills, Sheds, Filling Station Canopies and etc. Over past 40 years in the fabrication industry, MUC has gained recognition and name in the Sultanate’s Market. It has carried during good and adverse times. Now with new facilities, machines and high skilled manpower, MUC has improved its capabilities to meet the challenges of the market, while observing the highest HSE and QA standards.

WELDING SERVICES:
MUC welding section has a set of welding rectifiers and transformers capable of carrying out full range of welding in Steel & Aluminium. Welding section also consists of Rolling Machines of various sizes, Shearing Machine, Forming Machine, Grinding machines, TIG Machines, MIG Machines and it is supported by the Machine shop.
MUC Welders and Welding Procedure Specification are qualified in accordance with ASME section IX. MUC through third party provides radiography testing, ultrasonic testing and Heat Treatment, which will be recognised by International Certifying Society.
MUC-Grit Blasting and Painting has been providing corrosion prevention services to customers in Oman.
